VULCAN Polycarbonate Corrugated MINI (32/9) Profile

VULCAN MINI (32/9) Polycarbonate sheet has the shortest depth (9mm) and width (32mm) of all VULCAN corrugated profiles.

Given the history of the MINI (short of MINIature) profile, which is widely available in different materials types from metal to all kinds of plastic, MINI corrugated sheeting in polycarbonate is among the most compatible of profiles.

The closely-knit corrugations offer unique reflection and refraction properties, creating a lighting environment suitable for greenhouse plants, especially flowers, which makes VULCAN MINI profile the best choice for areas with advanced agricultural needs.

Ti-Lite Series Polycarbonate

VULCAN Ti-Lite polycarbonate sheets are Co-Extruded with heat reducing additives to block solar radiation and have better heat reflective properties than other light transmitting glazing materials.
 
It is the best choice for energy efficient light transmitting constructions and provide exceptional shading properties - an average of 25% visible light transmission rate. Perfect for areas requiring low visible light and low heat transmission.

Ti-Lite blocks a portion of heat building near-Infrared radiation, is capable of reducing temperatures up to 15°c, and trasmits cool shaded ligthing, thus improving well being while reducing AC costs.
 
VULCAN offers Ti-Lite in four different colors – Metallic Silver, Blue, Green and Bronze.
 

Product Strengths

Ti-Lite Material 

Designed to significantly reduce solar-transmitted energy even to a level of 10% from the solar level that originally hit the upper side of the sheet facing the sun.

Ti-Lite Technology

Excellent shading properties, on average 46% light transmission rate (Reduced VIS – 380~780nm).

Exceptional heat reduction properties (Controlled NIR – 780~2500nm), temperature drop of 7°c~15°c depending on the relative temperature and humidity.

Aesthetically pleasing from the outside, and provides sufficient lighting with no glare indoors.

Base Material 

VULCAN polycarbonate sheets use only 100% Virgin Covestro UV stabilizer included master-batch.

UV Protective Coating

Co-Extrusion ensures that an evenly spread UV protective layer cap is added on to of the polycarbonate base material.

Clariant UV and Light stabilizers blocks 99.5% of harmful UV wavelengths between 290nm~400nm.

With co-extruded UV protection, VULCAN Polycarbonate sheets are able to last 10 years or more.

Clean Room Manufacturing

VULCAN Sheets are produced in ISO Class 7 (FED STD 209E equivalent Class 10,000) clean rooms to ensure an impeccable quality.
