ROMA is one of the most common profiles on the market, compatible with many metal roofings throughout many countries, and in all, an outstanding profile that offers superior physical properties and good refractive properties.

ROMA profile can be designed as a polycarbonate roofing panel as well as a wall cladding panel.  One of the biggest advantages of polycarbonate ROMA profile roofing is its arch shape. Combined with the superior flexural and tensile properties of polycarbonate, creates an extremely strong and reliable roofing panel and wall cladding panel.

Introducing Ti-Lite Series

VULCAN Ti-Lite sheets are Co-Extruded with heat-reducing additives to block solar radiation and have better heat reflective properties than other light-transmitting glazing materials.
It is the best choice for energy-efficient light transmitting construction and provides exceptional shading properties – an average of 25% visible light transmission rate; perfect for areas requiring low visible light and low heat transmission.
Ti-Lite blocks a portion of heat building near-Infrared radiation, is capable of reducing temperatures up to 15°c, and transmits cool shaded lighting, thus improving well-being while reducing AC costs.
VULCAN offers Ti-Lite ROMA polycarbonate in four different colors – Metallic Silver, Blue, Green and Bronze.

Ti-Lite Material

Designed to significantly reduce solar-transmitted energy even to a level of 10% from the solar level that originally hit the upper side of the sheet facing the sun.

Ti-Lite Technology

Excellent shading properties, on average 46% light transmission rate (Reduced VIS – 380~780nm).
Exceptional heat reduction properties (Controlled NIR – 780~2500nm), a temperature drop of 7°c~15°c depending on the relative temperature and humidity.
Aesthetically pleasing from the outside, and provides sufficient lighting with no glare indoors.

Base Material

VULCAN polycarbonate sheets use only 100% Virgin Covestro UV stabilizer included master-batch.

UV Protective Coating

Co-Extrusion ensures that an evenly spread UV protective layer cap is added on top of the polycarbonate base material.
Avient UV and Light stabilizers blocks 99.5% of harmful UV wavelengths between 290nm~400nm.
With co-extruded UV protection, VULCAN Polycarbonate sheets are able to last 10 years or more.

Clean Room Manufacturing

VULCAN Sheets are produced in ISO Class 7 (FED STD 209E equivalent Class 10,000) clean rooms to ensure an impeccable quality.
